Dr. Johnny Dupree, a candidate for US Congress, participated in Hattiesburg weekend events.

After the black history parade and a day in the park, the Hattiesburg community came together to show support for the family of the six year old boy killed last week.

I personally thank those who have vowed to help with the funeral and find a way to stop this senseless violence.
