UPDATED – IN CUSTODY!! 

At approximately 6:30 p.m. last night, Nash was picked up at a residence off of Old Mobile Highway in the Rocky Creek community of George County and transferred to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. He is currently in custody at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center.
