Severe Weather Has Moved Out of Pearl River County

The line of severe weather has moved out of Pearl River County. The National Weather Service issued one Tornado Warning that included Southern Pearl River County, there have been no reports or evidence that suggest it touched down. All Community Saferooms were closed as of 9:00 PM. The Emergency Operations Center received one report of a tree down on I-59 at mile marker 18. One report of a shed stuck by lightning near Spring Hill road. There were 520 reported storm related power outages, and no injuries reported.
