The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 75-year-old Dorothy D. Burks of Gulfport, Harrison County, MS.

She is described as a black female, five feet tall, weighing 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white and red checkered pants with a bonnet cover over her hair, walking in an unknown direction.

She was last seen Wednesday, March 23rd, at about 1:00 PM in the 16000 block of 5th St in Harrison County.

Family members say Dorothy D. Burks suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Dorothy D. Burks, contact Gulfport Police Department at (228) 868-5959.
