In the week ending Jan. 3, five gas stations in Jackson County sold regular gas at the lowest reported price of $2.19 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
The county registered an average of $2.38 per gallon for regular gas.
Of the 102 reported gas stations located within Jackson County, 25 offered regular gas.
The average reported price for a gallon of regular gas in Mississippi was $2.41, down from the previous week.
